Job summary

Maximus is seeking experienced Trainers to support a variety of contact center environments. The role focuses on delivering virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams and adapting to different operational needs to ensure agents are prepared to take calls and provide excellent customer service.

This is a temporary, fully remote position; candidates must pass a federal background check. Equipment will be provided, with home office requirements to be met as listed by the program.
