Job summary

Maximus is seeking experienced Trainers to support a variety of contact center environments. This fully remote, temporary role centers on delivering virtual training sessions via Microsoft Teams, preparing agents to handle calls with confidence and exceptional service.

You will train new hires, conduct ongoing education, administer exams, track results, and collaborate with SMEs to keep content current and aligned with program goals.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering virtual training sessions via Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to adapt training to diverse audiences and roles.
• Strong organizational skills for planning and tracking training activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to a variety of audiences and levels.
• Deliver new hire and continuing education training sessions.
