Job summary

Maximus is seeking experienced Trainers to support a variety of contact center environments. The role focuses on delivering virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams and adapting to changing operational needs to ensure agents are ready to handle calls with excellence.

This position includes training new hires, continuing education, and post-training assessments. It is a temporary, fully remote role contingent upon contract award, with strict home office and background check requirements

Qualifications

• Experience delivering virtual training sessions, preferably in a contact center environment.
