Job summary

Maximus is seeking experienced Trainers to support a variety of contact center environments. The Trainers will deliver virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams and adapt to different operational needs to ensure agents are prepared to handle calls and provide exceptional customer support.

This is a temporary, fully remote role contingent upon contract award. Candidates must pass a federal background check and have the ability to work from a private, secure home workspace.
