Job summary

Maximus is seeking experienced Trainers to support a variety of contact center environments. The role focuses on delivering virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams and adapting material for diverse learners to ensure agents are ready to handle calls with excellence.

The position involves training new hires, ongoing education, and performance tracking across the project. This is a temporary, fully remote assignment contingent on contract award, with equipment provided per remote work
