Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams to diverse audiences in a contact center environment.
• Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling and preparing workstations.
• Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.
• Develop and update training materials in collaboration with SMEs.
• Provide feedback and coaching to trainees to ensure understanding of programs.
