Job summary

You will create curriculum, scenarios, and assessments, and work with subject matter experts to align content with quality standards. This fully remote role emphasizes effective virtual delivery and coaching for a dispersed workforce.

You will ensure learners grasp program requirements, systems, and customer service expectations, while safeguarding PII/PHI and adhering to federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience delivering new-hire training in a contact center or customer service.
• Experience developing simulations, assessments, and knowledge checks.
• Familiarity with federal programs and handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop training curriculum and materials using adult learning principles.
• Develop scenarios, assessments, and data resources mirroring production tools.
• Collaborate with partners and SMEs to design objectives and deliverables.
• Deliver instructor-led virtual training and monitor learner progress.
• Coach learners, provide remediation, and measure curriculum effectiveness.
• Review and update curricula; ensure compliance with safety standards.
