Maximus is seeking experienced Trainers to support a variety of contact center environments. This role focuses on delivering virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams and adapting to changing operational needs to ensure agents are fully prepared to handle calls with exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities include new hire and continuing education training, administering exams and surveys, and reporting training activities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to administer exams and surveys after training.
• Experience training diverse audiences in a contact center environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver new hire training, continuing education, and return-to-work training.
• Coordinate training logistics, scheduling classes, and preparing workstations.
• Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.
• Provide feedback and support to contact center staff to improve performance.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Adapt training methods for bilingual learners.
