Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in third-party debt collection.
• Proven negotiation, persuasion and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting team goals.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrower circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and compliant processes.
• Work remotely while meeting individual and department goals.
