Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. You will negotiate, settle, and recover delinquent accounts from a home office, maintaining compliance and professionalism.

The role offers 100% remote flexibility, performance-based commissions, and a Monday–Friday schedule with standard business hours. Candidates must reside in an eligible state and demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while meeting team goals.
• Professionalism and reliability in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain a confidential, distraction-free remote workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Use skip-trace tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while handling difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable collection laws, policies, and regulations.
• Maintain communication with management and team while working remotely.
