LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Remote Collections Specialist to join our team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and work to meet recovery goals while upholding regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in third-party collections, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to operate in a high-volume, remote environment. Remote eligibility is limited to approved states.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace suitable for confidential conversations.
• Experience in a high-volume collections environment.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• History of meeting or exceeding collection goals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and relevant assets.
• Prioritize and manage assigned account portfolios to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Work toward individual and department performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions during difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local collection laws and policies.
