LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking a Remote Collections Specialist to join a nationwide team. You will negotiate resolutions, manage delinquent accounts, and ensure compliant, professional customer interactions from your home office.

We value results-driven professionals with strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills who can work independently while meeting departmental goals. This is a 100% remote position with performance-based commission and a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting goals.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Reliable internet and a distraction-free home workspace.
• Residency in an LCS-approved state.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities.
• Maintain documentation and meet individual/department goals.
• Deliver professional, compliant customer interactions.
• Communicate with management and team while working remotely.
