Job summary

EOLA Power is seeking an Account Executive (Tier 1) to drive new business across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets. This remote role requires active territory engagement including client meetings, site visits, and industry events to accelerate ramp-up.

You will scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, and PM programs, building proposals with cross-functional teams and maintaining CRM accuracy. Growth into Tier 2 leadership is available for high performers.

Qualifications

• Must be coachable and eager to learn.
• Organized and disciplined in approach.
• Comfortable working in industrial environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Curious about technical systems (electrical, mechanical, batteries, generators).

Responsibilities

• Learn how to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs.
• Conduct site visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline.
• Work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams.
• Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy.
