Job summary

EOLA Power is seeking an Account Executive (Tier 1) to scope UPS replacements, build proposals, and manage your sales pipeline across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets. This remote role requires active engagement in your territory including client visits and events.

• Learn how to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs.
• Conduct site visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline.
• Work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams.
• Build long‑term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets.
• Maintain disciplined follow‑up, organization, and CRM accuracy.
