Job summary

EOLA Power is seeking an Account Executive (Tier 1) to drive growth across national markets. The role involves learning to scope UPS replacements, building proposals, and managing a robust sales pipeline while collaborating with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams.

You will cultivate long-term relationships in healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial sectors, travel within your territory, and maintain CRM discipline to ensure accurate forecasting and account

Responsibilities

• Learn to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs.
• Conduct site visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams.
• Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up and CRM accuracy.
