Job summary

EOLA Power is actively seeking an Account Executive (Tier 1) to expand our footprint across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets. The role emphasizes scoping UPS replacements, battery upgrades, and PM programs while building strong client relationships.

Remote- preferred areas include Central & Northern FL, GA, SC, NC, NY, CT, RI, MA, NH, NV; travel within the territory and attendance at tradeshows are expected for rapid ramping in the industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial sales or field service environments is a plus.
• Ability to build proposals and manage a sales pipeline.
• Willingness to travel within territory and visit client sites.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable discussing technical systems (electrical, mechanical, batteries, generators).

Responsibilities

• Learn how to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs.
• Conduct site visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline.
• Work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams.
• Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy.
