Job summary

EOLA Power is seeking an Account Executive (Tier 1) to drive UPS replacements, battery upgrades, and PM programs. You will conduct site visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline while collaborating with Inside Sales, Engineering, and Field Service teams.

Success in this remote role requires field activity across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets, with a path to Tier 2 Senior Account Executive as you grow in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs
• Conduct site visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline
• Work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams
• Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets
• Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy
• Grow into a Tier 2 Power Systems Senior Account Executive role
