EOLA Power in the United States is seeking an Account Executive (Tier 1) to learn to scope UPS replacements, build proposals, and manage a growing pipeline across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets.

This remote role requires active territory involvement, including client visits, tradeshows, and travel. Success hinges on CRM discipline and driving revenue through strong relationships.

Qualifications

• No UPS experience required; must be coachable and eager to learn.
• Strong organizational discipline.
• Comfortable in industrial environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Curious about technical systems (electrical, mechanical, batteries, generators).

Responsibilities

• Learn to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs.
• Conduct site visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline.
• Work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams.
• Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and disciplined follow-up.
