EOLA Power is seeking an Account Executive (Tier 1) to drive growth across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets in a remote nationwide role. You will scope UPS replacements, propose improvements, and manage a robust pipeline with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates are coachable, organized, and excited to build a career in a fast-growing power systems company, with access to strong sales support and a clear growth path. Territorial travel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs.
• Conduct site visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline.
• Work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams.
• Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy.
