You will ensure services align with business expectations, SLAs, and partner with internal teams and external vendors while serving as an escalation point for unresolved issues. The position requires 3–5 years in service delivery or technical customer support, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in service delivery, account management, or technical customer support.
• Experience in service delivery teams and knowledge of service delivery methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Securities/Financial Services industry experience required; broker-dealer experience preferred; minimum 1yr.
• FINRA licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs, objectives, and challenges; ensure services meet expectations.
• Drive innovation and develop sustainable solutions for complex requirements.
• Perform day-to-day operations, ensuring SLAs/OLAs are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for timely delivery.

• Identify and mitigate risks and support stakeholders to resolve issues.
