Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and proactively offer products and services.
• Investigate and resolve service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues.
• Respond to requests about Verizon products and services.
• Verify service order accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Negotiate collection of overdue bills.
• Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as needed.
