Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical customer support via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and debug complex software/networked systems.
• Respond to customer questions, problems, and requests daily.
• Create, resolve, and maintain tickets and escalate as needed.
