Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex software and networked systems. You’ll handle tickets, maintain records in Salesforce, and build in-depth product and SQL knowledge while delivering outstanding customer service.

This 4x10-hour shift role (Sat, Sun, Tue, Wed 9:00 AM–8:00 PM CST) may require on-call duties and a Public Trust clearance. U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer support via phone and email.
• Proficiency with SQL queries and basic database concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and document steps clearly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and work requests daily, using SQL tools as needed.
• Create, resolve, and maintain support tickets with accurate records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot incidents and learn product knowledge.
