Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide expert technical assistance to a mix of technical and non-technical customers. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and debug software and networked systems, with daily ticketing in Salesforce and strong emphasis on customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer support experience
• Knowledge of SQL and Windows platforms
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions, problems and work requests daily via phone and email
• Create, resolve and maintain tickets in Salesforce and other tracking systems
• Develop deep product knowledge and share it with customers
• Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot and resolve incidents
• Maintain accurate ticket records and meet service levels and deadlines
