Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide expert technical assistance to a mix of technical and non-technical customers. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and debug software and networked systems, with daily ticketing in Salesforce and strong emphasis on customer service.

Qualifications

Customer support experience
Knowledge of SQL and Windows platforms
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues

Responsibilities

Respond to customer questions, problems and work requests daily via phone and email
Create, resolve and maintain tickets in Salesforce and other tracking systems
Develop deep product knowledge and share it with customers
Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot and resolve incidents
Maintain accurate ticket records and meet service levels and deadlines
