Qualifications

• Experience providing customer support and handling tickets via phone and email.
• Ability to run basic SQL queries using SQL applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions, problems, and work requests on a daily basis.
• Develop expertise in Relativity products and share knowledge with customers.
• Partner with senior team members to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Follow procedures for creating, updating, escalating, and resolving tickets.
• Monitor open tickets, update customers, and track time daily.
