Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex software and networked systems. You will interact with customers by phone and email, build in-depth product and SQL knowledge, and maintain tickets in Salesforce.

The role involves 4x10-hour shifts (Sat, Sun, Tue, Wed, CST) with a compensation differential and requires US citizenship with potential Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience writing and running basic SQL queries to diagnose customer issues.
• Strong customer-service mindset with ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex software/network issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve technical support tickets via phone and email.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior teams and track until resolution.
• Maintain accurate ticket records in Salesforce and report on status.
• Work to meet service-level agreements and provide timely customer updates.
