Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide expert technical assistance to both technical and non‑technical customers. The role involves diagnosing and repairing complex software and networked systems, using SQL tools, and maintaining detailed ticket records in Salesforce.

The position requires flexibility for 4x10-hour shifts (Sat, Sun, Tue, Wed) CST and may require a Public Trust clearance due to government product involvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support with strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency with SQL queries and basic database concepts.
• Experience coordinating with multiple teams to resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and tickets via phone and email on a daily basis.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug software and networked systems.
• Maintain accurate records of activities in Salesforce and meet SLA requirements.
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams and track progress until resolution.
• Develop product knowledge and share expertise with customers.
• Work with senior staff to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
