This limited-term assignment focuses on ES 1.1x upgrade support, regulatory adherence, and ongoing knowledge expansion to improve troubleshooting. Remote work from home is possible with on-site collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Microsoft SQL environment.
• Experience writing queries (SELECT, JOIN) in complex DBs.
• Familiarity with SQL Server tools (SSIS, SSRS).
• Windows server admin and enterprise IT exposure.
• Experience with network concepts and AD.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex technical support for BD Medstation and related systems.
• Access and troubleshoot from server to station; document cases.
• Coordinate with ES 1.1x upgrade team; communicate status.
• Maintain knowledge base and improve support processes.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements for remediation efforts.
• Respond to escalations and ensure timely resolution.
