BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 for a limited-term assignment (through June 2028) to assist with complex, time-sensitive issues involving Medstation systems from server to station. You will handle customer escalations, remote troubleshooting, and field-service coordination while growing knowledge of ES 1.1x.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or 3+ years equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft SQL experience and ability to write complex queries.
• Experience with SQL Server tools (SSIS, SSRS) and Windows Server administration.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-service mindset.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality technical support for BD Medstation systems and ES 1.1x upgrades.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve time-sensitive issues and customer escalations.
• Troubleshoot, analyze logs, and document case notes clearly in Salesforce/other systems.
• Maintain knowledge of ES 1.1x remediation and participate in ongoing training.
