BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to assist with complex, time-sensitive issues related to the ES 1.1x upgrade and BD MedStation integrations. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, precise case management, and proactive learning in a remote setting.

Required are SQL proficiency, Windows Server/Desktops experience, and strong customer-focused communication skills. This is a limited-term assignment through June 2028 with benefits eligibility.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft SQL experience; ability to write queries (Select/Join) within complex databases.
• Experience with SSIS, SQL Reporting Services, and Windows Server/Desktop administration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide CSC support for ES 1.1x upgrade and implementation.
• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team for timely communication and coordination.
• Maintain data quality and document case notes in Salesforce; communicate clearly to non-technical users.
