Job summary

BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 (TSS-2) for a limited-term assignment through June 2028. The role focuses on resolving complex, time-sensitive issues, including customer escalations, site downtime, and remote troubleshooting, with deep knowledge of Medstation systems and BD products.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance, timely case resolution, and ongoing training in ES 1.1x remediation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Experience with SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN) and data analysis in complex databases.
• Experience with SQL Server tools and SSIS/Reporting Services.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and IT security basics.
• Ability to translate technical issues for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and escalations related to ES 1.1x remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with ES upgrade team to coordinate support.
• Maintain knowledge of ES 1.1x to troubleshoot effectively.
• Document case notes with clarity and timely updates.
