Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Flex Support Specialist to provide post-sales support for the Flex CAD solution. You will assist customers across Windows and Linux environments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high user satisfaction.

The role requires strong customer service, familiarity with networking basics, and experience with ticketing systems. It may involve remote work with on-call rotations and ITIL-aligned processes; a CJIS background check is required for government-related

Qualifications

Experience in a dedicated technical support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux.
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software.
Networking concepts and mobile device support.
Customer service oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) helpful.

Responsibilities

Deliver first- and second-level technical support via phone, email, chat, and in-person channels.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, network, and app issues for Flex CAD solution.
Configure and maintain end-user devices including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Install, configure, and support software applications.
Assist with network diagnostics and basic connectivity issues.
Escalate complex issues to higher level support as needed.
Adhere to ITIL or similar service management practices.
Maintain flexibility for shift work and on-call rotations.
