• Experience with Windows and/or Linux environments.

• Ability to obtain background clearance per CJIS and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide post‑sales technical support for MSI Flex CAD solution and related products.
• Deliver first‑ and second‑level support via phone, email, chat, and in‑person channels.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, network and application issues; escalate complex cases.
