You will troubleshoot, install, configure, and maintain end-user devices and software, with on‑call rotation and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk/ServiceNow/Jira), remote support, scripting, and cloud platforms is valued. Relocation and benefits are offered for this Springfield, IL role.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• 2+ years in technical support.
• Ability to obtain background clearance for government customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support via phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for Flex CAD solution.
• Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices and software.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams as needed.
• Follow ITIL or related service management practices.
• Support on-call rotations and shift work.
