Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Flex Support Specialist to deliver post-sales technical support for the Flex CAD solution, spanning Windows and Linux environments. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues while maintaining end-user devices and software configurations.

This role requires shift flexibility, ITIL-aligned practices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction for government and enterprise

Qualifikationen

• Post-sales technical support for Flex CAD solution.
• Answer technical questions and resolve issues for Windows and Linux environments.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices and software applications.
• Assist with network diagnostics and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Adhere to ITIL or other IT service management practices.

Aufgaben

• Provide first- and second-level technical support via phone, email, chat, and in-person channels.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, network, and application issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications for end-users.
• Assist with basic network diagnostics and issue resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when required.
• Follow ITIL or equivalent best practices and participate in on-call rotations.
