The candidate will deliver first- and second-level support via phone, email, chat, and in-person channels, and will use tools like Zendesk, ServiceNow, and Jira.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of experience in Technical Support
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (employer work permit sponsorship not available)

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales technical support for customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person channels
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices and software
• Assist with network diagnostics and basic connectivity issues
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams and maintain ITIL-aligned practices
