Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Flex Support Specialist to provide post-sales support for the MSI Flex CAD solution across Windows and Linux environments.

You will deliver first- and second-level support via multiple channels, troubleshoot diverse technical issues, and create knowledge base content for ongoing improvements. A strong customer-service mindset and flexibility for on-call rotations are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support.
• Strong Windows and/or Linux knowledge.
• Experience with Zendesk, ServiceNow or Jira.
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level support via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, networking, and applications.
• Configure and maintain end-user devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices).
• Install, configure, and support software applications.
• Assist with basic network diagnostics and connectivity issues.
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation for common issues.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams as needed.
• Adhere to ITIL or other IT service management practices.
• Maintain readiness for shift work and on-call rotations.
