Job summary
Everglade Works is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer working remotely in the United States. You will bridge technical solutions and customer needs, influencing deals with strong IT, cloud, and cybersecurity know-how.
Responsibilities include pre-sales engagement, needs analysis, and crafting compelling proposals and POCs. You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams to drive growth and customer success, while maintaining ongoing client relationships.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a Technical Sales Engineer or Pre-Sales role within IT/software.
- Residency: Based in USA.
- Strong understanding of IT infra, cloud, SaaS, networking or cybersecurity.
- Ability to translate technical features into business value.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical expert in pre-sales conversations addressing client challenges.
- Identify pain points and propose tailored IT solutions.
- Collaborate with account executives to develop and close opportunities.
- Create technical proposals and POC demonstrations to showcase value.
- Support marketing with technical insights for content and events.
