Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management with a strong technical background.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Resides in the USA for a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Technical Leadership: Define clear technical requirements with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Agile Execution: Lead Agile product development cycles, prioritize backlogs, and oversee sprint planning and release management.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as primary liaison between engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct competitor research, identify opportunities for innovation.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Gather user feedback, analyze metrics, and iterate on features to enhance the customer experience.
• Performance & KPIs: Define and track key success metrics to measure product performance and impact.
