Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in French (speaking, writing, reading).

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient service to customers by phone and email.
• Coordinate with other support teams to ensure high-quality assistance.
• Advocate for customers when issues arise and identify improvements.
• Understand customer product usage to resolve issues and maximize value.
• Report trends and suggest innovative solutions to leadership.
• Support customers during critical launches and events.
