Job summary

ADT is seeking a Customer Technical Support Specialist to assist residential and small business customers with alarm system questions and home automation issues. You will guide customers through troubleshooting steps, de-escalate when needed, and coordinate on-site visits as required.

We value strong communication, empathy, and the ability to multitask across multiple systems. This WFH role requires a private workspace and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with customers and coworkers.
• Self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Multitask across multiple systems and applications.
• Take inbound calls for alarm system and home automation issues, provide technical assistance.
• Walk customers through troubleshooting steps to resolve issues on the call.
• Present our Virtual Service Call process to save time and money.
• Assist customers with scheduling an onsite Technician visit if needed.
• Maintain empathetic and high-quality customer interactions.
