Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient support to Blink’s customers via phone and email.
• Collaborate with other support teams to maintain high-quality service.
• Act as customer advocate when issues arise.

• Report observations for improvement and drive solutions.
• Communicate trends to leadership and assist with critical launches and events.
• Develop knowledge about product lines and features.
