Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Oklahoma City, OK to provide technical support to both technical and non-technical customers. The role involves diagnosing and debugging complex software and networked systems, while interacting with customers through phone and email.

This position requires the candidate to work overnight shifts from 11 PM to 8 AM CST. Duties include ticket management in Salesforce and maintaining excellent communication as well as customer service. Candidates must be US citizens and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
