Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and debug complex software and networked systems for a mix of technical and non-technical customers. You will interact with customers by phone and email, building deep product, SQL, and server knowledge. The role supports RelativityOne Government and requires U.S.

citizenship with a Public Trust clearance process. Overnight shifts carry a differential; on-call and flexible hours apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support as primary contact via phone and email.
• Strong SQL and Windows platform experience.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Run basic SQL queries using SQL tools.
• Respond to customer questions and work requests daily.
• Develop expertise in Relativity products and share with customers.
• Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot incidents.
• Maintain accurate tickets in Salesforce and track activity.
