Job summary

Relativity in Oklahoma City is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide product-focused technical support to a mix of customers, diagnose and troubleshoot software and networked systems, and maintain ticket records in Salesforce.

You will work a 9-hour shift Monday-Friday 7am-7pm Central, hybrid/remote, and must be a U.S. citizen eligible for Public Trust clearance. Strong SQL and Windows skills and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer support experience.
• Client-focused and ability to understand expectations.
• Direct experience supporting clients as a primary contact or lead using phone and email.
• Experience troubleshooting complex issues.
• SQL and Windows platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL applications and tools to run basic SQL queries.
• Respond to client questions, problems, and work requests on a daily basis.
• Develop an expertise in Relativity products and services and share knowledge with customers.
• Partner with senior level team members as needed to troubleshoot and resolve customer incidents.
• Maintain accurate ticket records in Salesforce and resolve tickets in a timely manner.
