Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex software and networked systems while supporting a mix of technical and non-technical customers. You will handle tickets via Salesforce, maintain timely responses, and escalate where needed, with a 4x10 hour shift pattern.

The role requires US citizenship due to contract requirements and may involve obtaining a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

Use SQL applications and tools to run basic SQL queries.
Respond to customer questions, problems, and work requests on a daily basis.
Develop an expertise in Relativity products and services and share knowledge with customers
Partner with senior team members to troubleshoot and resolve incidents
Demonstrate capability to perform Technical Support Specialist responsibilities

Responsibilities

Create, resolve, and maintain tickets in Salesforce and respond to customers within SLAs.
Escalate issues to other teams and verticals as needed.
Inform management of key issues regarding personnel, performance, customer perception, and project status.
Work with colleagues to ensure quality service and timely updates.
