You will troubleshoot and program both template-based and custom credit union code, maintain existing code, and support credit union clients and internal teams. Ideal candidates are organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on programming experience.
• Experience building and supporting HTML and JavaScript solutions.
• Experience providing client-facing technical support for web technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers by analyzing reported issues and determining the best path to resolution.
• Work directly with customers and users on highly technical products, including systems-level software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively.
• Report design concerns, reliability issues, and software bugs to engineering with supporting files.
• Stay current on company products through training and documentation.
• Complete Customer Work Requests, including installations, upgrades, and training.
• Train current team members and new associates as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
