Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a technical problem solver with banking/credit union industry experience. You will bridge operations and technology, troubleshoot issues, and deliver exceptional client support for a remote role centered in the US.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years in bank/credit union/financial services with customer service or technical support.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
Proven troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience supporting Windows servers, PCs, networks, and enterprise software.
Knowledge of SQL, databases, data analysis, and data validation concepts.
Ability to analyze system integrations, interfaces, and data-related issues.
Experience with client-facing, business-critical, and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot software, system, data, and integration issues for banks/credit unions.
Analyze application, SQL, server, and network-related problems to identify root causes.
Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and technical resources to resolve issues.
Document findings and solutions while maintaining service levels.
Provide exceptional customer service and build trusted client relationships.
