Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking a technical problem solver with CRM, banking and/or credit union industry experience. This person will bridge the gap between financial operations and technology, troubleshoot complex application issues, and deliver exceptional client support.

This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; Monett, MO; Louisville, KY; Charlotte, NC; Birmingham, AL; or Cedar Falls, IA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a bank, credit union, or financial services in a customer service, technical support, or software implementation role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to serve in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software, system, data, and integration issues for banks and credit unions
• Analyze application, SQL, server, and network-related problems to identify root causes
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and technical resources to resolve complex issues
• Document findings and solutions while maintaining service level commitments
• Provide exceptional customer service and build trusted client relationships
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
