Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a technical problem solver with banking/credit union industry experience to bridge operations and technology, troubleshoot issues, and deliver exceptional client support in a remote role.

Ideal candidates have at least 4 years in customer service/technical support in financial services, strong communication, and willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a bank, credit union, or financial services in a customer service, technical support, or software implementation role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to serve in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software, system, data, and integration issues for banks and credit unions.
• Analyze application, SQL, server, and network-related problems to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and technical resources to resolve complex issues.
• Document findings and solutions while maintaining service level commitments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build trusted client relationships.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
